^{The Client wanted to modernize its online presence in time for its 175th anniversary. The previous website and webshop no longer met current standards of usability, accessibility, and technical performance. Ordering processes were outdated and did not fully support international visibility of the publishing house’s program. Additionally, readers and researchers needed seamless access to both open-access publications and purchasable content down to the level of individual journal articles and book chapters.}
